PRICE QUOTATIONS
All the rates that are provided are valid exclusively at the time of the quotation and are subject to the availability of the chauffeurs and services in subsequent bookings. Prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes.
AMENDMENTS IN THE BOOKING SCHEDULE
If you wish to make any changes to your booking after the booking has been officially confirmed, these changes can only be accepted subject to availability. Easily cancel your rides at free of cost before 4 hours of your pick-up timings. Else wise, Limo Chauffeur Melbourne reserves the right to charge a fee in relation to any amendments made to your booking, in addition to any other charges that are applicable to the amendments made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Limo Chauffeur Melbourne is not liable to issue any refunds or exchanges of the bookings. Even if a refund is issued, LMC Company has the full authority and right to retain any fees charged. The charges may depend on whether the travel has been commenced or not. Charges related to any bookings that are especially made to attend an event in the Melbourne – Melbourne Cup, New Year’s Eve, Spring Carnival, Avalon Air-Show, Feast Day or any other special event that is celebrated with great pomp and show can incur in 100% cancellation charges of the entire price of the booking whether or not the booking is off entirely or part.
CHARGES FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING/RESERVATION
While you want to confirm your reservation of our luxury Sedan or any other SUV car for your transfers related to Wedding events or special events, it is mandatory to 50% non-refundable deposit on the day when the booking is made. The remaining amount could be paid a week prior to your ride. For any prior cancellation of the ride or any change in the schedule of your ride, kindly, refer to the cancellation and amendments section of the Terms and Conditions.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITION FOR BOOKING
- The chauffeur has the rightful authority to terminate the ride at any time without any refund in the case of blatant indiscretion on the part of the client/customer.
- Clients will be fully responsible on the financial ground if any damage is made to the car by them or their co-member.
- Due to any dangerous road conditions under some accidental circumstances or traffic congestion, we are not responsible for any delay in your trips.
- Clients are responsible for their own belongings. Limo Chauffeur Melbourne company and its chauffeurs are not responsible for any loss of the client’s personal belonging.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- The given form is our inquiry form with which you can get a free quote or answers to your additional queries. Filling the inquiry form does not confirm your booking. For all the bookings and their confirmation, clients are mandatory to contact us through our online booking form and should only consider confirmation of the booking, once they receive a confirmation call from us.
- If you are traveling with small kids or babies, we avail baby booster seats on special requests and we charge an additional 15$ per item as per the trip.
- Regarding the payment options- we accept all major bank cards and an additional service fee may apply if you wish to use EFTPOS terminals in our cars.
- Under our available payment options, we accept the payment made through the Cash/ EFT/ Cheque payment/ Credit Cards/ Debit Cards/ Pay on Phone options.It is important to note that All the MasterCard/ Visa cards/ Amex incur a 5% surcharge. However, if a client wishes to pay us through the Cash payment method then he/she can make the payment before or after the commencement of the ride with us.
